Comparing safety climate between two populations of hospitals in the United States.

This comparison of safety culture between Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals and a broad group of non-federal hospitals found that perceptions of safety climate varied primarily at the individual hospital level, and VA hospitals did not seem to have a consistently superior safety climate.
