Customizing Your My PSNet Page
To get the best results from My PSNet, you should know how we use your selected topics of interest to create your customized page.
If you have created a customized My PSNet page that has produced no results, then you may have chosen topics that create a combination for which we have no matching resources. You may avoid this by selecting more topics within a category, which creates new combination possibilities, or by leaving all boxes unchecked in some categories.
How MyPSNet Works
You may select as many topics as you would like from any of the six subject areas (Safety Target, Approach to Improving Safety, Setting of Care, Clinical Area, Target Audience). We then look for resources that match your selections across all subject areas.
Here’s an example. Let’s say you have selected the following topics:
Safety Target: Medical complications, Medication safety
Approach to Improving Safety: Error reporting, Culture of safety
Setting of Care: Hospitals
Clinical Area: ALL
Target Audience: Physicians
Your customized page will contain resources that match the following criteria:
Medical complications OR Medication safety AND Error reporting OR Culture of safety AND Hospitals AND ALL Clinical Areas AND Physicians
